Canisius College – Training Lab

This high-profile project included nearly a million dollars in electronic classrooms, lecture halls, and a world class Midi Lab.

The classrooms feature Sony projectors and Crestron Control Systems throughout the campus.  York Telecoms built, wired, and QC-tested 30 custom podiums, and 30 classrooms, and delivered ready-to-go control systems to the site. Management teams were on site for nearly six months in order to meet a very intense timeline.

Most exciting for York Telecom was the chance to let our professional audio team build the Midi Lab!  Chief Engineer Doug Montcrieff (also a professional recording artist) headed up the project and did the onsite training.  The system was designed by Greg Vincent, of C.D.A. Consulting.
