Newark High School – TV Studio

York Telecom completed a major upgrade to the Newark High School Television Studio.

The upgrade includes Triaxial cable runs from the major indoor and outdoor sports venues, the auditorium, and the large group instruction room to facilitate both live and taped broadcasts on the local cable access network.  Designed and Installed by York Telecom, this upgrade makes Newark one of the most advanced High School Studios in Upstate New York.

“We have waited many years for this upgrade and couldn’t be happier with job York Telecom did,” said Mike Diamond, Manager of the new facility. York Telecom also donated six brand new chairs for the studio to round out the project. Mike Diamond continued, “At the last minute we realized that we never appropriated funds for new chairs, York Telecom graciously donated six new chairs to replace the old worn out ones we had”.
