New York State Audio/Visual Systems Group
Read OGS Award Letter # CL-501
York Telecom is pleased to announce and offer all New York State Agencies professional services for Audio/Visual System Group. This means that if New York State funds your school or business, you can use York Telecom for services up to $15,000 in Services without Bid. These Audio/Visual Services include:
- Design & Engineering
- CAD & Documentation
- Programming for Contracted Systems (AMX, Crestron, Custom)
- Equipment Staging
- Project Management
- Group Labor to Fabricated A.V. Systems
- Site Labor to Installed A.V. Systems
- Project Supervision
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Warranty on System
If your project is more than $15,000, but less than $50,000 you may also use this contract number without the need to conduct a formal procurement or advertisement in the Contract Reporter. *
*Note: If the contract is over $15,000, OGS requires a letter to the State Agency stating that York Telecom is preferred due to the Special Familiarity of project, and it's system requirements. With such a notice, your Agency, School, or Business can purchase up to $50,000 in Professional Services without formal procurement or an advertisement in the Contract Reporter.
