York Wang, Ph.D.
CEO and Founder
As an early pioneer in the videoconferencing industry, Dr. York Wang was responsible for digital video teleconferencing product planning and the systems engineering effort that defined prototype and initial standard products, subsystem interfaces, initial maintenance capabilities and customer network control protocol for Bell Laboratories. In 1985, Dr. Wang founded York Telecom, and today his vision has grown into a full service organization offering professional videoconferencing and network consulting, operational and integration services to Government and Commercial markets. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Solid State Physics from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and a specialist certificate in Quantum Electronics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Wang received a patent for his Equalizing Signal Combiner. He has also published several articles in various technical and business publications.In 2000, Dr Wang was named the New Jersey Minority Small Business Person of the Year.

Ronald J. Gaboury
President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of York Telecom, Ron Gaboury is responsible for overseeing the daily business functions of the Company. Ron joined York Telecom in 1995, and served as Chief Financial Officer before promotion to his current position in late 1999. Prior to joining York Telecom, Ron was a Senior Consultant for Haag & Company, a CPA firm. Earlier, he was also COO for a startup company that grew 400% in 2 years. Ron has more than 20 years experience consulting with fast-moving, high-growth companies on financial and management issues including business planning, accounting systems and formulating marketing plans. Ron has a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University in Finance and Accounting.

Robert P. Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Robert P. Harris joined York Telecom as Chief Financial Officer in September 2008. Bob brings to YTC his innovative spirit as co-founder of Charis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and 35 years of operations-focused financial experience at private start up businesses and larger established companies. From 1998-2007, he served as CFO & Treasurer, as well as Corporate Secretary of LSSi Corp., a privately held international business-to-business marketer of worldwide telephony-sourced databases. At LSSi, Bob directed finance and administrative functions including planning, accounting, risk management, audit, treasury, legal, regulatory, human resources, and board of director administration. He led the successful effort that raised $26 million in equity to recapitalize the business and provide growth capital. Prior to 1998, Bob served in financial management roles at several firms including United Technologies, ShopRite Supermarkets, and BellSouth Wireless Data. He was Director of Finance, Controller, and co-founder of Shared Technologies, a publicly traded outgrowth of a United Technologies and AT&T joint venture. Bob received a BS in Economics (Business Administration) from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University

Ken Scaturro
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development
Ken Scaturro joined York Telecom in late 2002 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is tasked with the responsibility of growing York Telecom's presence in the Commercial and International markets as well as the Public Sector. He has over 20 years of experience providing products, services and solutions to Commercial and Government clients in a global environment. Ken has extensive experience in the visual communications industry, including tenure as Eastern Regional Sales Director and Federal Sales Director at Inktomi Corporation (INKT), a multi-media content delivery company. In this position, he built the number one revenue-generating sales team in North America for 6 consecutive quarters. Ken joined Inktomi when the corporation acquired FastForward Networks, a pre-IPO streaming company. At FastForward, he started and developed the Eastern Commercial, Federal Sales, and Field System Engineering operations. Previously, he has held increasingly responsible management positions for on-site Operations, Engineering as well as Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams working for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Lockheed Martin and FORE Systems/Marconi Communications.
Ken holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He is a member of the IMCCA Board of Directors, Chairs the IMCCA Government Special Interest Group (SIG) and is President of the Board Directors for the Montessori International Children’s House (MICH). He also sits on the Partner Council for various Manufacturers.

Greg Douglas
Senior Vice President, Operations
In February 2004, Greg became York Telecom's Senior Vice President of Operations, tasked with overseeing the Company's Project Management, Logistics, Technical Support, and other operational departments. Greg came to York Telecom after a 24-year career at AT&T, where he held a wide range of positions. Initially part of its finance division, supporting R&D efforts in transmission, switching, and PBX, he also held positions in product management, sales, marketing, and program management. As program manager for AT&T's Government Video Services, he led the effort to successfully launch a new digital satellite video service in 1995, and rose to Sales Center Vice President before joining the executive staff at York Telecom. Douglas's product and program experiences included oversight of operational capabilities for ordering, billing and maintenance. He holds a BA from Lehigh University and an MBA from Rutgers University. Greg also attended the Executive Program in Business Administration at Columbia University.
Karen Paglia
Senior Vice President of Corporate Services
In November 2007, Karen became York Telecom's Senior Vice President of Corporate Services, tasked with overseeing the Purchasing, Facilities & Human Resources departments. In addition to these responsibilities, Karen supports the executive team in evaluating current processes and procedures and provides recommendations to streamline activities and increase efficiencies throughout the organization. Karen came to York Telecom in 1997. Initially part of our finance team, she has held management positions for the past 7 years. Karen holds a BA in Economics from Allegheny College.
Joe-E Hu
Chief Information Officer
Dr. Joe-E Hu received his MS (1988; 4.0 GPA) and a Ph.D. (1993; 4.0 GPA) in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, MI. Before attending Wayne State, Dr. Hu received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. As software excellence award recipient at AT&T in 1998, Dr. Hu and the software project he spearheaded represented the AT&T Services Delivery Systems division to pass the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level Four Certification. Since 2005, when he joined York Telecom as Director of Information Services, Dr. Hu has continued his impressive track record in his leadership of the Information Technologies (IT) and Information Management (IM) groups. In 2007, Dr. Hu was promoted to Chief Information Officer. His design and implementation of the next generation of core enterprise applications and portals provides the backbone of the Company’s everyday operations as well as expanding our reach to provide secure and reliable Web-access support to our customers.

Bin Guan
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer at York Telecom, Bin Guan manages the overall technical offerings for the Company. He also oversees the future visions of York Telecom's solutions and service offerings. With over 15 years of telecommunication experience, Bin has extensive knowledge of internetworking and visual communications. Before joining York Telecom, he held various management positions involving development of PBX, wireless systems, Optic Local Loop, and HDSL/ADSL. Bin holds a B.S. of Electrical and System Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and M.S. of Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from Tsinghua University, China.
